Our mission is to help you work smarter and better; saving time, resource and money. We achieve this by focussing on the factors which are generally underestimated in the initial phase of investment, but become particularly important aspects of management costs.
Consider these questions
•How many times a year do you change the coolant in the tank of your machine?...
•How many times do you have to change your coolant before the work surface roughness becomes low enough?
•Critical tools often carry coolant through spindle bores. How many times do these break due to insufficient coolant cooling? ...
•How many times do you change the roll of filter media or filter cartridges?...
•Do you use lapping borers?
•Do you use additives which then become special or hazardous waste?...
We have many examples from daily production activities illustrating the underestimation of these and many other comparable areas. Our research with machine tool users shows downtime due to any combination of these areas results in a one to ten percent loss in machining efficiency. Inevitably these downtimes occur at the highest stress, most critical production times. We also need to add the cost of spoiled product due to poor surface quality and tool breakage. Having a fully developed solution means an increased efficiency, greatly extended machine, tool and coolant life, better quality production, reduced consumption of resource and less waste along with a better working environment for operatives with fewer demands from technicians and maintenance.
Our efforts are focussed on reducing management costs by delivering solutions with improved efficiencies to previously underestimated and ignored areas.
This is our mission.
